At Symwell Pharma, we’re committed to providing more ways for our patients to access the health services and treatments they need online, without having to make face-to-face appointments.
All assessments can be done online and completed at any time, and orders can be delivered, so you do not need to visit a pharmacy. If it’s more convenient, you can collect your order from any Superdrug store or post office.
A service there where need it, from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays

Our story
Symwell Pharma was founded by Dr. Pern in 2010 before officially launching online under the name ‘Symwell Pharma’ in November 2011. Hailing from a family of doctors, and as a chronic patient himself, Pern regularly experienced the ins and outs of visiting doctors and pharmacies to get his medication, and it was here she saw how an online doctor could not only improve his life but many other people’s too.
